Help!!! Don't know if I have herpes or something else
Ok so for about 6 weeks now I've been worried that I've gotten herpes from this girl I had unprotected & oral sex with (I'm a male btw & gave her oral for about 10-20 seconds just to get it in). We had sex on September 9th around 10pm-11pm & again early the next day in the a.m. around 2 or 3 & I was very intoxicated so was she (I had 8 shots of ciroc or new Amsterdam I cant remember) & on the next day after our 2nd intercourse (about 9-10 hours later) I felt a sting at the tip of my penis. At that point I was devastated. I knew I had something but didn't know for sure what it was. About two days later I got a sore throat, but the night before I got the sore throat I slept with a fan directly in my face. I felt the sore throat coming like any other sore throat I've had & it went away in 2 days like a normal sore throat would. But in between those two days I noticed that my tonsils were red & swollen w/ white streaks on them. (Don't know if this is normal for a sore throat). I didn't know if I had gotten it from the oral sex or sleeping in front of the fan. So I did my research & the only things I could find for the cause of this that were of main concern were herpes, strep throat, & tonsillitis. I haven't come into contact with anyone that had a sore throat & I haven't gotten anyone sick. (I live with my mother & younger brother & I have smoked weed with people & asked them if they have gotten a sore throat & all said no. Even the girl I had sex with. We were going to start a relationship but I was mad that she might of given me something & we were moving toooooo fast so I put an end to it.) So that ruled out strep & tonsillitis for me. That left herpes on the table /: During the time I spent until today (6 weeks & 3 days today) these were my symptoms.
1st week: Sore throat, swollen red tonsils w/ white streaks, Sting at the tip of my penis, penis discomfort, & lower abdomen pain. Noticed discharge after urinating, could of been semen because we were having sex all week. She gave me oral one more time & I told her about the things I was feeling, she didn't think it was anything because I showed symptoms too early. She told me she had chlamydia before
2nd week: Tonsils still swollen w/ white streaks, no sore throat, lower abdomen pain, sting at the tip of penis, mild testicular pain. Slight discharge or semen after urinating still.
Went to Urgent Care for Std testing but forgot to mention my tonsils being swollen
3rd week: all Test came back negative. Got HIV, Syph, Trich & Herpes blood test. UTI, Gon & Chlam urine test. I don't think they got a good urine sample because my urine wasn't cloudy. Tonsils still swollen but white streaks started fading, But not completely gone, lower abdomen pain, Tip of penis stung on some days, had cloudy urine on some days, used bathroom ALOT, the most was 8 times one day. (Majority was cloudy urine) Discharge or semen stopped coming after urination, Me & the girl split up this week.
Week 4: Swollen red tonsils still w/ white streaks came back, penis sting, lower abdomen pain stopped, started getting slight irritation in the throat, Went to urgent care again & got a shot in the left (***) cheek & was prescribed doxycycline, 2 pills for 10 days & got another urine test.
Week 5: penis was still stinging during medication on some days, not everyday but did have penis discomfort, chest pains, left hip was in pain one day for about 5 mins it didn't hurt bad but I felt it, slight irritation in the throat, vomited one day but took meds on empty stomach, went to urgent care again & got a strep test done, came back negative.
Week 6: Groin pain came back, Lower abdomen pain came back, chest pain, muscle aches & joint pain (hips mostly on the right, slightly in the ankles, slightly in the left wrist, slightly in left elbow, back pain, lower neck pain mostly on the right side), & pain in the left side in the middle (rib cage). Also felt a weird pain in the neck/shaft area of my penis but no sore or rashes appears the next day.
I started masturbating my freshman year (4 years ago). Used to do it twice everyday since I stared until I could only do it once a day (couldn't get it up anymore after ejactulation). I have slowed down a bit. Now I usually do it 1 or twice a week. But I haven't been doing it a lot since this herpes scare. I've done it twice since the unprotected intercourse. (Done talking about that, so ashamed). But There were other things like I would feel like irritation in the mouth (tingling started at week 4), around the neck of my penis (slight itch started at week 1), on my butt (slight itch started at week 3-4), anal pain (once In week 5 & twice in week 6, pains feel familiar because I would usually get them after masturbation) around the mouth (started at week 2-3) & in the eyes (started at week 2-3 but subsided and started again in week 6) but I find no rashes or bumps or sores on my skin or lips (except for my genital area I'll find ingrown hair but I shave & haven't seen one since week 3-4) & my eyes don't get puffy & look normal. I did get two sores in my mouth (in the area were my wisdom teeth would meet, one on each side) & one on the tip of my tounge but all went away in two days tops. (Did not occur at the same time!). Two days before i started doxycycline I started getting the throat irritation (which occurred behind my tonsils). When I was on doxycycline I had fatigue & no appetite, mouth tingling, & that's when the chest & joint pains started (only in the hips mostly the left hip) but I read up on the side effects and what I just listed were possible side effects that last for a week after completing the course of meds (it's been three days since I finished). Today (three days before week 7 starts) I got my haircut & my mustache lined up, on the way home I stopped to play basketball with some family & friends. Got sweaty & felt a sting/itch on my left (***) cheek. After that I had no motivation to play anymore & has been a little irri since but it could all be in my head. I did get tired quick but I smoke alot of weed but haven't been smoking a lot since the end of summer (once or twice a month) & I do smoke cigarettes (don't buy them only ask friend for one or two & haven't smoked a cig in about1-2 weeks) & I used to smoke blacks after smoking my weed but have also slowed down on those. I also stopped working out every other day after week 1 because I was so stressed. (Used 20 pound dumbells & lifted 100 times on each arm, also used ab roller did 40-50 reps & Still stressed lol). It's so stressful knowing that there's something wrong with me & idek what it is. Is it possible to have symptoms for this long & still have herpes? My case is so different than any case I read up on. Help me please & sorry for all the detail. Just felt like urgent care doctors didn't do enough (except for one that used to be a hippie).

Haaa well the girl I had sex with just told me she had two fever blisters before, her last was in high school (shes a sophomore in college now) & also she claims she had a yeast infection (about a week or two ago) & took meds & it went away. (So I could have hsv1 orally & genitally & a possible yeast infection). She is acting like everything is ok & claims I don't have anything & says I'm just over reacting. I'm pissssssssssed
There is nothing in what you indicate that is even remotely related to a herpes infection. Just relax and leave your guy alone for a couple of weeks and all will be fine.
One last thing, I've been drunk 3 times since & have been out in the sun trying to force my first outbreak to happen. If I had herpes would it have come already or do these thing only trigger it after the first OB.
Also there is no pain when urinating, on a scale one to ten (with ten being the worse) it's about a 2 or 3. Not really any pain
