Help please!!!

or 31/2 years I have been suffering from testicular pain burning skin on head of penis since diagnosed with hsv2. It has never subsided only gets worse each day and every night I have noctural emissions that almost immediatly cause testicular pain back pain and outbreaks 3 mos ago I had my first outbreak and since then every time it starts to improve the ejaculation triggers another outbreak. I've been to 3 different hospitals 12 different times seen 5 urologists and countless Gps. Antibiotics no help. Antivirals make outbreaks worse. I cannot work or even get out of bed as that makes it worse. I am about to give up on life if I can't get help soon. I cannot suffer any longer. Please help!!!

no, the shingles vaccine doesn't help with phn. phn also almost never occurs with herpes simplex.  no reason to think any of this is a shingles issue either.

many pain syndromes out there that affect the urogenital tract.  Breaking the cycle with low dose antidepressants is often very helpful with pain relief but unfortunately doesn't help you find a cause. Hopefully once you break the cycle, your pain is gone and doesn't come back :)

Thank you for answering me no one else has. Last week I saw yet another urologist and they gave me gabapentin which almost immediately helped. I feel a lot better but still have a 6-10 on pain scale. Been reading on postherpetic neuralgia and it sounds pretty close. I also read that the vaccine zostavex or something to that effect is helping countless people under age 50 even if they are already infected. Shingles was another thought is it possible the hsv2 is triggering shingles as I did have chicken pox??

this is not a herpes issue.  Wish I could say it sounds like "x" but you've seen countless providers who are stumped and I certainly can't think of anything this sounds like.
