Bumps in pubic region

About 6 months ago I developed a few lone bumps in my pubic region that look blisterlike.  The havent gone dormant or anything, they just stay the same and dont itch or burn or anything, they are just there.  Do I have herpes?

bumps that don't change in 6 months aren't herpes.

have you seen your provider yet?
