Thanks for the support.
Sorry about my english writing.
you definitely need proper testing done for herpes. a visual exam isn't adequate.
if you have a regular partner, both of you should get type specific herpes igg blood tests done.

A few days ago i manifest some symptoms that could indicated the presence of genital herpes: itching and pain that followed by the appearance of fluid-filled little blisters.
By the time the idea of having genital herpes didn't cross my mind, and i decided to apply fucidin, thinking the symptoms might me from the manisfestation of a simple eczema.
The blisters didn´t burst, instead i have notice a single formation by now. The pain and the itcing dissapear.
I contact my GN and she confirm that i had an herpetic lesion just from direct observation. But I am not 100% sure that is really genital herpes.
My question of Fucidin comes from my suspection, cause if i really have genital herpes, Fucidin would be able to simple cure the lesion?
I am thinking on getting especif tests to confirm what my GN said.
I have no idea what you mean by a short day period.
fucidin is for bacterial infections. herpes is a virus.
