Herpes blisters?!

Alrighty then, I surf pretty often and wear swim shorts under my wetsuit a neoprene type. I hadn’t worn them in a week then wore them and surfed for a couple hours (I haven’t ever washed these btw). The next day I went to work and it was 90 degrees, and it’s construction and it’s construction work (haven’t showered) after work I noticed maybe 15 blisters on the right side of my ding a ling. No warning signs, no itching or redness or burning just bam. They’re clear liquid filled and I popped them because I stupid (vesicles I should say) been with same person for a couple years. I’m insinuating this is from being a dirty guy. But I went to the doctor and she said unsettling things about it like oh that don’t look good honkey. So here I am, they scabbed over and after I popped them the skin around them got inflamed and a little red. What say you pllleeeaaassseee??

My gf just tested 23 on the igg blood test which is super positive, the blisters I had are benine with no symptoms before they showed up. Moral of the story is lots of things look like herpes so just get a blood test to settle it. Unfortunately I have it maybe from my gf or from before, we’ve been together over a year and she never shows typical symptoms. Do you think she gave it to me unknowingly? She has had an ulcer in her vg before but we assumed it was rubbing from sex

Yes I got a culture swab but it was 4 days from the time they appeared, it just seems like an odd place to get something like this. On the right side under the head. Unfortunately all blisters can be symptoms of ANYTHING so it’s hard to get any comfort while I wait for results. There are Herpes symptoms that were missing and it seems like the problem happened on the skin and not from under but time will tell...

Did the doctor try to culture them? This could easily be from wearing your wet suit (and if these things are washable, by all means, now is a great time to clean it), being in the heat, etc., but if you get more of these, do NOT pop them and see your doctor ASAP for a culture.
