Herpes exposed --> Healed 1 week?

So I posted earlier about a possible herpes infection, but I was so focused on something that ended up being pearly penile papules, that I may have ignored the area that was actually having an outbreak. What I noticed was some loose skin that was peeling off of my scrotum, and then I noticed where it peeled away had turned into a blister. This blister was brightish red, about a half inch wide, no bumps, very slightly painful, and smooth. Then the next day it had return to a normal skin color, and a day later it was difficult to find (as it has healed almost completely). My question is, this all occurred within a week after a possible exposure, so can a person be infected with HSV, have lesion outbreak, and heal all in one week?
This blister was also noticed a day after I got a penicillin shot, and oral dose of antibiotics. So.. Maybe it was a bacterial infection that got blasted after the antibiotics went to work?   Or does this sound like HSV? Thank you so much. This community has been the only place I've been able to turn to.

That surely does not sound like herpes at all. Herpes lesions are small and usually in clusters.

Honestly, you need to get it looked at by your or dermatologist. Thirst has nothing to do with herpes.
This is an online forum so we can't examine the area. Since you still have strong feelings about hsv, it's a good idea to play it safe and get it looked at

So I found yet another bump. This one looks the most like a herpe. It is a single bump about an inch away from the shaft. It looks liquid filled and is redish. The base around it is normal colored but the bump itself is a reddish/purple color. I'm not having any other symptoms but extreme thirst. Do you think this one is herpes? This is my last question I swear! Thank you!
