Possible Herpes Symptoms

Two months ago I had unprotected sex with a female friend.  Two days later I noticed many red spots, just barely raised, on the head of my penis and on the underside of my foreskin.  They did not hurt, and did not seem fluid filled.  I also felt general irritation (not even really pain) in my anus and prostate area.  Around this time I also developed a slight and constant burning/irritation at the tip of my penis.  The irritation lasted two weeks, and the rash has improved but not completely disappeared after two months.  The small red spots are almost gone, and there was never any pain associated with them.  I have been tested for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis, and HIV, but the results came back negative.  Does this sound like it could possibly be Herpes? Even without pain or a fever? Could it be yeast?

Thanks for the quick reply! I will be following up with tests at four months.  A new development is that after an all-nighter (midterm week), I developed a red blotchy spot in my throat with a white spot in the center.  This is painful when I touch it with my tongue.  I've been getting a lot of canker sores lately, which I know are not due to HSV, but this looks different.  Does this sound like HSV to you or anyone else?

For the final answer for herpes, hiv and syphilis you'll have to repeat your tests for them around the 4 month mark ( you have to wait that long for herpes testing so just do the 3 of them at that point instead of testing at 3 months and then again at 4 months ).

This really doesn't sound like it's due to herpes. If you still have symptoms, follow up on them with your provider.  Herpes related "spots" would not last this long.
