Herpes or irritation from masterbation??

In the last 2 years, I have noticed 2x's I have had some slight irritation underneath my penis. Its only 1 spot on it really doesnt hurt but rather annoying. The site is where the foreskin was removed and like I said, it's only a small "wrinkled" inflammation. Im married and I have had a recent HIV and other STD test ( just not herpes test) due to us doing IVF treatments and we both are neg.
I masturbated about 1 week ago and not sure if this caused this. I've had many oral sex acts  preformed on me in the past (not my wife) and now I'm scared. I've had a slight pelvic pain in he last few days and feeling kinda sick. I figured it's allergy season so that could be why I'm run down. I take Solodyn for a scalp infection which is a minocycline rx. Ive been using neosporin in my penis and it's kinda helping.
My question is this possibly an outbreak from an old oral session a long time ago when I was single? I've been reading webmd and freaking out about this virus.

stop using your hands and start using your minds.  I haven't touched myself or my wife in the past 3 years we have been married and let me tell you ejaculation has nothing to do with physical touch.  We make love when I am at work, on a plane, in a sewer eating pop tarts....the mind is the most powerful sex organ.  Learn to use it and you will never be unsatisfied sexually again.......

Grace, what would cause the "symptoms" of herpes then like groin pains, pelvic soreness and general flu like symptoms??

Thanks! I was getting worried because I had slight to some time sharp pelvic pain and then with slight discomfort from the raised red spot, I was thinking the worst. I'm thinking I could have irritated the area with some vaginal fluids my wife has. We had sex a few days after I "rub myself raw". She is Preggo at the moment and it could be the combination of the 2 things.

this sounds like completely normal issues in the genital area that you are just taking more notice too. You can irritate even normal things to make them look "different" than what you are used to seeing. I'd stop the neosporin and really not reason to do anything different. lube, lube and more lube for masturbation!  You rub your underwear on your arm for 20 minutes it's going to get a bit irritated too ;)

this sounds nothing like genital herpes.

And just wanted to add, I was tested for HIV in late July 2010. The oral partners we before I was married and never knew u could get herpes from oral sex. Like above I'm having a slight pain un the pelvic area but it's seems to be going away as is the irritated area. I masturbate about 3-4 x's a week and I'm thinking that I was alittle too rough on it  plus I use my underwear when masturbating. As far as my wife is concerned, she has no symptoms like me. We have had sex many times in the last 2 yrs and she doesn't have symptoms. I'm kinda dumbfounded....I don't think I have the virus
