My boyfriend has a very tine red dot (flat not painful or itcy) on the head of penis), lower back pain, tights pain, legs pain, very small pimple inner right right (not painfull or itchy). We are so scared if he has herpes or not ...

has he been seen yet by his provider? If you suspect herpes, he needs seen sooner rather than later. this really doesn't sound like herpes going on but you'd have to have him properly checked out.

We called test online website, they told us they offer to differents test ( Elisa and Immunoblot) and tell us we can go to labcorp... What test is good for herpes :( ?
lab corp only offers the captia herpes igg blood test at this point which is an elisa based blood test.
They told me lap corp offers Immunoblot too and I found this test in lapcorp website to make sure not fake..
The online test guy told me Immunoblot more sensetive than Elisa ? IS he right or playing games with me ? I do not wanna wate my money ....

they are both about the same. the immunoblot only returns with a + or a -, it doesn't give you a numeric result to help decide if further testing is needed to rule out a false positive.
most labcorp labs still list the immunoblot but they don't actually do it any more. it automatically is run as the captia igg test.

OMG!!!! I read in some post here YOU can have herpes and ever test positive by blood test... IS this right ?

only a small percentage of folks don't test accurately on the blood tests if they wait long enough.
hsv1 and hsv2 both present the same exact way in the genital area.

the blood tests we currently have only look at a small part of the igg response to herpes infection. Not everyone has the same proteins in their body for them to be picked up on with the tests. clear as mud? lol

if you and your partner both test negative for hsv2 and you are having symptoms, you'll need to pursue a further work up to try to get to the bottom of things.
We are together for 2 years but... I tested positive to herpes and he did not... and he wants to leave me cause that .. How come he is negative ?

your lesion culture came back as positive for both? are you sure that was the lesion culture results?
you can have both hsv1 and hsv2 genitally but less than 5% of folks who have genital herpes have them both in the genital area. both reoccurring at the same time is also unusual.

They told me postivie for both by PCR... My boyfriend never tested postive by blood test... but he develop this morning a very tiny 2-3 pink dot in inner tight but he think its just a rash from wearning Jeans all the day of foliks pimple... I'm very confused...

I think whoever read it to you didn't know how to read the pcr swab. is it possible for you to get a copy of the actual test results to post here?
