Kissing with outbreak

Okay, stupid stupid me first of all. So, I met a guy online and decided to meet him for fun. I met him and picked him up, but it was dark so I didn't see him in the light. While we were in the car and talking for awhile, and then I asked if he had ever had a cold air (he said no). We both went for the kiss and did it two or three times and he opened the door to leave and the light turned on and I noticed a clear outbreak on his lips!!!

I had a panic attack and he didn't understand why and I had to tell him he obviously has an out real on his lip and he didn't think that is what it was (he thought it was a cut from shaving several days ago). I had to explain to him that it was a cold sore and asked if he ever had that happen before and he said never.

Of course, immediately after I noticed his face, I went and got the Lysol can that was in my car and sprayed my lips and tongue (the can said it kills hsv1 and 2 after 10 min).

So my question is, since his herpes was scabbed and I had sprayed myself with Lysol immediately, do you think I still may have contracted herpes or do you think I killed it in time? I've been tested numerous times before and my HSV tests have always been negative so I know I never had it in my system before....Just want your thoughts.
