Herpes from unprotected oral
Hi there. I reveived unprotected blowjob from SW 6 weeks ago. I did not really notice her having any blisters on lips but I cannot be sure what was going on in her mouth. I got std tests done 5 days later, the only thing discovered was mycoplasma genitalium which was positive. Dr. checked for hepres only visually and did not find anything at that time. I started to take meds for Mycoplasma and about 5-6 days I felt pain in my groin and after checking i found enlarged lymph node on left side. Nothing strange on right side though. It was then about day 11-12 after exposure. I was scared and returned to Dr. and he had a visual exam and confirmed that lymph node is swollen a bit. Again he could not notice any sores, leasions pointing at herpes infection. Of course I could not stop looking for other lymph nodes and about a week later lymph nodes on the right saide got swollen as well. There is one tube like lymph in groin about few cm long (diameter is probably less than 1cm but cannot really tell) and another pea like node next to it. Approximately 3 weeks after exposure I had another std panel to find out that mycoplasma is cured. Now after 6 weeks lymph nodes on both sides are still enlarged, it is confirmed by 2 doctors. All the standard blood work was just fine.They are not painful but of course after touching them, they tend to become tender. So far I have not noticed any blisters, sores or any other unusual signs. I saw another Dr who suggested that lymph nodes are enlarged due to toenail fungus which I've had now for years. Sometimes I have grown in toenail because of that but not lately. So I do not really buy it. Can anyone please advise if I could have herpes without any visible blister or sores, lymph nodes have been enlarged now for about 4 weeks.

Better take complete STD test. Lymph nodes may ot may not related to Herpes. Wait for 6 more weeks to take IGG blood test for herpes.

forgot to mention that I still sometimes have an urge to pee and clear sticky discharge in the morning but this all can me related to my experience with Mycoplasma case.
