Herpes simplex???

About a month ago after raving from 2am-8am and not going to sleep until like 5-6 pm these white flakes i guess you could call them that i coudl move with my teeth or tongue started appearing on my tongue, ithe first day it was the size of nothing and second day the size of the smallest button u could imagine,  it was like a cluster and tingled.  2 or three weeks after that i had raved again and spend another entire afternoon n the sun, so I thought it was just a coinsidense and that it was just no sleep and excessive sun exposure (my dad gets the same thing).  Both times it usually takes three days to go away, and it's not very painful at all.  2 weeks later, today, after raving again lol I have a soar throat and some patches below my inner lip, not on the lip, and two tiny red dots.  If it was herpes wouldnt i have it by now?  2-20 days??  Thanks.

these could be many things. herpes usually does not appear as flakes on the tongue though. You should follow up on it with your provider.

Not to be accusatory by no means but I know some of the drugs used at rave's can cause you to have a dry mouth/increased thirst ( as can alcohol too ). That could be part of the problem too. also if you are sucking on a lot of lollypop's or sour candies that too can caues the taste buds on the tongue to look abnormal.

lol sorry i keep posting i keep remembering things, the patches are gone they were just dry skill i washed them off but the two red dots that look like vampire bites are still there.  and the flakes are on the tip of my tongue the first time then the same tip and kinda towards the middle and further back.  the one on the tip i still there u can see the outline still, no scab, no diff texture, just an outline of tast buds that look like the others.

Oh and the first time i got the flakes I was at work and scrapping the hell out of my tongue, then they started to slowly fall off and by the end of the day were practically gone, weird.
