Herpes igg results

I have been tested positive through an IGG blood test. I think the encounter came from a partner 9 weeks prior to the blood test. The test came back positive with a index value of 8.95.

Question is. Is this 8.95 considered high?
Could it be possible to have this from the encounter 9 weeks ago or does it sound like old infection?
