Herpes, yeast infection, or something else?

My name is Kaylee. Last week I started having frequent urination, faul odor when I peed, and pain while urinating.
I get bladder infections all the time accompanied by yeast infections on the course of my antibiotics. I had some leftover amoxicillin and I took the last 4 of them at the beginning of the week. I knew I should've just gone to see my doctor but I didn't have time because of work and needed a quick fix. Towards taking that last pill I started experiencing mild itching. I knew it had to be a yeast infections from the antibiotics. Like I said, it happens all the time. I scheduled an appointment with my doctor just this past Saturday 7/9/16. He prescribed me Bactrum to kill any remaining bacteria from the bladder infection and fluconazole for my beginning signs of a yeast infection. Saturday night I took the anti fungal first, then I proceeded to start my course of antibiotics. I woke up in the middle of the night with extreme itching and burning. I kept waking up and scratching like crazy to get relief. It started hurting and swelling up my labia because of all the scratching. I then started using Vagisil just to get some kind of relief. I reapplied it all night without washing in between. I just cared about the relief. The next morning my right side labia was completely swollen. All day Sunday it was irritated and still itched. I went to the ER Sunday night hoping they'd prescribe something for the pain. The swelling concerned me. They told me there was nothing they could do and just to apply cold compress and it should eventually go away. So on Monday 7/11/16, I went to see my gynecologist. At this point my skin was raw, hurting, swollen, and still itching from the slightest touch. No bumps though. It was hard to sit and even walk as well. She examined me, not fully letting me explain everything in detail and said she'll swab a sample to test for herpes. I freaked out. I told her it's impossible because I've had the same sexual partner for the past 2 years..I would've gotten herpes symptoms way earlier right?? She proceeded to tell me to take herpes medication (Acyclovir) for 10 days until results come back. And she said to apply Lidocaine to reduce pain. I got home that night, stopped taking my antibiotics Sunday night, took the second fluconazole pill and applied the Lidocaine. The more I applied Lidocaine the more it burned and turned raw. I did start the herpes medication as well. I'm not sure what medicine is making it better because the swelling has reduced but there's still raw irritated skin. It just doesn't itch nearly as bad anymore. Do my symptoms sound like a yeast infection? Or could it possibly be herpes? (I am a 20 year old female by the way)

Okay. Well that's good to hear. I normally get yeast infections from antibiotics so I feel like the Bactrum just made it even worst. I started the Bactrum as I was already experiencing itching. Thanks!
