Is this Herpes or jock itch?

Well exacty one month ago I slept with a woman who told me she had hsv2. She told me was on medication, and knew when she was having an outbreak. Before her a few years back I had a one time encounter(oral, no protection) with a friend who I knew who had hsv2. And nothing happen on that encounter. So i thought this time If I use protection I'd be fine. Well we started off with oral no protection for 15 seconds. After that we had Protected sex until she came. After that she gave me mouth to anal. A few days later my lips became chapped. I was for sure thought a cold sore was about to form but never did. I did however have a small ulcer in my mouth for 3 days. So that was a concern but I kinda blew it off. But my bigger concern is the lower back pain I'm feeling. It's not severe but it's like I can feel it there. Along with that I have consistent itch on my buttock. I've read the best time to test is at 12 weeks which I'm going to do, But I have 8 more weeks til then. I don't want to over think something.
Has anyone felt what I was feeling with the back pain
? I'd really appreciate it any words of advise
