Herpes?

About 7 weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex and the next day experienced a sore throat, diarrhea, and tiredness.
Throughout the 7 weeks I had many test done, all negative including oral gonorrhea and chlamydia.

I have been getting PIMPLES on my lips(they are definently not cold sores) I can tell. Are pimples a sign that I could be getting cold sores soon?
This morning I woke up with a very small PAINLESS white very small bump on the inside of my mouth, around it I can see veins.
It is painless and I have able to drink and eat without feeling it.

What is this sore? Is it herpes, I may also mention that it's on the soft palette. And there's was no tingling or burning before it showed up

The bump is lotated on the soft palette on my roof of mouth.
I also read that flu like symptoms with herpes would be horrible.
I would have a fever, be cold, etc
All I had was a sore throat  diarrhea and was tired which they lasted a few days (2-3)

Also if I was experiencing those kinds of symptoms wouldn't symptoms like a cold sore or fever blister come along with it at that time?
