How concerned should I be

Had protected vaginal and unprotected oral sex with prostitute in Dominican Republic 3 weeks ago. Ordered testing Monday from company called samedaystdtesting through quest diagnostics. I have no symptoms of any std but I am most concerned about Herpes. She showed no outbreaks but the fear of shedding has me worried. I show no symptoms and did not feel sick or anything the week or so after. My results are not in Except for syphilis which came back negative, should I trust any results this early? I have a partner to protect and concerned that my igg and igm results won't prove anything I will post results as soon as I have them. Hopefully tomorrow morning, I am also unaware if I have herpes 1 from youth,

I listed the times I did because they are the ones that are the most accurate. you will need to repeat the testing I listed at those times to have dependable results.

results so far include:
herpes igg for h1 and h2 negative, h1 range 0.14 h2 range 0.24
herpes igm for both was negative as well,
testing service stated syphilis test detects virus after 72 hours. should i trust this statement?
chlamydia and gonorrhea both negative
also both hep b and hep c tests where negative but were these done too early? research i have done points to yes.
encounter was 2.5 weeks before blood was drawn. an hour sexual encounter with protected vaginal sex 3 times and unprotected oral 3 times. shower with no soap directly after and shower with soap 1 hour later. CSW in Dominican Republic at higher end brothel for euros etc. she was from Venezuela. aware i should retest for most stds in few months but should i be worried until then? or the fact that directly after and still 3 weeks later i have no symptoms for any std. thanks for any adivce.

you have to wait at least 6 weeks post encounter for syphilis testing to be accurate. herpes, hiv and hepatitis testing isn't accurate until 3 months post encounter. your gonorrhea and chlamydia testing was accurate.

igm herpes testing is highly inaccurate and the CDC no longer recommends it be used on adults for the purpose of diagnosing herpes.
