How confident can I be now...

I just got my IgG type specific blood test results, and they were negative for both types - this is more than 10 months post exposure. I also took a blood test roughly 2 months prior too when I thought that I might have had an initial outbreak in my groin area... this was also negative for both types. HSV2 result was: <0.500 and the cut off point for negative was <0.9.  Can I be very confident now that I do not have HSV2?

Many thanks. This will be my last thread!
