Saw an Escort, Question

I saw an escort yesterday, which I regret doing and have been trying to quit doing.. but anyways, there were a few things I did and I was curious if they put me at risk for herpes:

1. I kissed her cheek, not sensually, just little pecs that might have touched her lip at one point although I doubt it touched her lip. I also kissed her breasts in little pecs.

2. I fingered her, but washed my hands with soap right after before touching myself.

3. Sorry to be so detailed, but my penis did go between her breasts a few times for some "breast massage" if you will.

I have been trying to quit visiting escorts for the past 4 years, and while I am getting successful in some cases.. I rarely see them nowadays but still engage in risky behavior that I can't control. Do you guys have any recommendations on how to fight this sex addiction? I feel very lost, and also if you could tell me if there was anything I should be worried about in terms of herpes.

I understand. Most by appointment escorts are safer than the drunk chick at the bar. Far safer.
Always use a condom for Intercourse and receptive oral sex. I'm sure you do this already.
I also think there's no reason to be hard on yourself. Ifor you really believe you have a sex addiction then by all means see a professional and work on your issues. If you are just a normal guy that likes this sort of thing, then be as careful as you can.

Nothing you did on your visit is risky for hsv. No need to test either. You needn't worry about hsv.
As far,as your behavior goes. If your married then I see your delema. If not, then your really not hurting anyone.

Thanks undone, that helped calm my nerves. I think the ultimate problem with my behavior is if it goes unchecked it could lead to some risky behavior down the line and I don't want an std. Thank you for your advice.
