Husband slept with a stripper

My husband told me 2 days ago that he had sex with a stripper about a month ago.  He feels pretty positive that he has contracted something.  He went in for testing yesterday.  He had 2 small pimples on his penis.  They were there for a few days.  One he "popped" the other broke.  There is no mark there now.  What do you think?

Herpes lesion's do not "pop" like an everyday pimple,a Herpes lesion is a single or perhaps cluster of fluid filled blister containing clear/yellow fluid,at this stage it is wrong for anyone to say they are positive it is Herpes no one can tell that without testing not even Doctors making visual exams a lot of the time, however in the event of your husband having sex with someone else it is essential that you do not have sex with him until he has been tested for all possible STD's for your own safety,be sure that during the STD screening he asks for a Herpes test as this is not done routinely he will have to ask, also make sure you SEE the results of all his tests on paper before putting any trust in him again, this may have been a "one off" mistake he regrets but unfortunately that is something you and him will have to deal with and try to work out to save your marriage especially when he was irresposible enough not to give much thought to your future health while playing away,no one has any right to put another person at risk especially a loved one who believed their partner was monogamous and felt no need for protected sex before now,he's done this once, you have to be certain he won't again otherwise you will forever live in doubt not only about his fidelity but your own sexual health.
At the moment your main concern should stay with your own safety until results come back ...... I'm sorry for anyone who's partner does something like this so I do feel for you it's a lot to have to deal with and I'm sure it's a very difficult time for you :(

Quite positive it's herpes. I'm not a Dr. but I have it and I know that they can be mistaken for pimples. However much you may love him, don't ruin your whole life if the test comes back positive b/c this takes away from your everyday life..If you have not slept with him dont until he has been tested for every STD in the book!! Most std's have silent symptoms. My advice to you would be, go get checked for everything also. The Dr. may not want to check you for everything without any symptoms but tell him the situation and he will.
