I fear herpes but doctors assume me that'a not the case. Paranoid? Please help

Male/30

Symptoms:  All of these symptoms have been pretty constant since starting in November but they seem to cycle through good and bad.
Red and burning/tingling skin in genital area and inner/outer thighs. Scrotum was very irritated For a few weeks. Inner thighs hurt to wear underwear at one point about 6 weeks in for 2-3 days.  Some intermittent, usually circular rough patches of skin that sometimes come and go within a few hours.  Chafing and skin peeling from crease of thigh where it meets scrotum as well as shaft of penis.
Red and burning/tingling skin on lips, cheeks, forehead and sideburns area.
Shooting pains, tingling sensations in low back, abdomen, inner and outer thighs and sometimes down to both calves.
Feels similar to sciatica that I had a few years ago due to weightlifting, which I'm still very involved in.

I had two sexual partners within a few days at the beginning of November 2016. The first (on 11/2), I had been sleeping with on and off for a few weeks. Gave and received oral and used condoms. I still talk her her often.

The second (on 11/4) was a one night stand that I don't remember much about other than putting on a condom then waking up next to naked in the morning. I haven't spoken to her since and do not know how to contact her.
That Sunday, 11/6, I saw a red spot at the base of my penis. I am a hypochondriac about anything in my genital region. Seeing the spot I started to panic and, hoping it was an ingrown hair, started to pick at it. I put neosporin on it that night and didn't sleep much while I researched herpes to see if that's what it was. Tuesday, 11/8, I went to the local immediate care clinic. The dr told me that it looked like razor burn (I had trimmed, I never shave, before either sexual encounter) and to clomitrazole/betamethasone cream on it and it should be gone in a few days.
After it didn't go away I went to planned parenthood a week later and the Dr told me she didn't think I had anything to worry about and to keep up with the clomitrazole/betamethasone. Tested negative for everything bacterial and HIV
Two weeks later I was referred to a GP. He said it looked like jock itch and gave me an antifungal powder that I forget the game of. Told me I had nothing to worry about. I saw him again in two weeks after 5 days in the Caribbean and had since noticed that I had a red rash over much of my body (arms, legs, feet, neck, face, chest, genitals). He then referred me to a dermatologist.
Dermatologist said it was dry skin/eczema due to the winter. He prescribed triancinilone for my body and non-steroid cream for my face and genitals. Little to no results. Two weeks later I saw him again and he said it looks like I have folliculitis. Refilled the triamcinolone and added minocycline 110mg/twice a day and see him in a month.
That brings us to last Thursday. Saw him again, he said it looks like everything is progressing nicely and to schedule in two months. Directed me to keep up the minocycline and start putting aquafor on my genitals before bed to help with the flaking skin.
The problem is that I don't feel like it is progressing as it should. I had tingling sensations down both thighs for much of last week and is still coming and going each day. Another red bump with what looks like a white head popped up on my shaft this morning and is nearly gone now.
I've been freaking out for nearly 4 months now. Im sure the stress isn't helping.
Sorry, this is a bit all over the place. Ask for any other relevant details.

Hi None of what you mention are symptoms of herpes. Symptoms would be genital blisters esp on the shaft.

I haven't had anything that I've recognized as a blister(s). Anything that I fear is one is typically gone within a day or two. I keep reading that blisters aren't always going to be there but I figure with this going on for so long I'd have seen one of two if that's what it was.
I did forget to mention that I had a couple of genital warts that were frozen off with my last visit to the derm. I didn't even notice that's what they were. Could this all be symptoms of hpv?
Is there anything I should ask about or look into? I have a yearly physical with my GP this week.
By this point I just want to know what I'm dealing with.

No HPV symptoms are just like the warts you had removed
