I have a bump on my penis after peeling of the scab, is it herpes?

Please excuse my grammar. My last exposure was 5 months ago I had unprotected sex both vaginal, and oral sex. After 3 months I got myself checked for gonorrhea, chylmadia, syphilis, and hiv.  It all came back negative, but this month I noticed like there's a scab in my shaft I tried peeling it off because I never have this so yes I was really scared it doesn't hurt anything even if I touched it a few times, but  now it looks like I have a bump. My question is, is it herpes II?

Sometimes lesions are just because of the physical effect of those sexual intercourses. But 3 months after the exposure, you can test for herpes. Test will be completely accurate.

It's been 5 months though,  thing is it just started this week. I peeled of the skin that's when it bleds, it turned into a bump afterwards. If it's okay with you may I ask your opinion if this is the sign of herpes?
