Herpes Concerns

I am a male 44 years old.  I was with a woman 25 days ago.  She is hsv2 positive and on suppressive medication.  She performed oral sex on me without a condom and finished using her hand.  I used my fingers on/in her vagina.  For the last couple weeks, I have been having tingling and itching pretty consistently on my thighs, back of my upper legs and groin area.  I even feel tingling on my stomach area sometimes.  Do these sound like herpes symptoms?  I have not had any type of sores appear.  I'm thinking we didn't do anything risky to transmit the herpes but I don't know for sure.  I'm worried because the tingling/itching has been persisting.  It's not terrible but kind of annoying.  Should I get testing done for herpes and other STDs?  Thank you for your time.

Just wanted to add that I could also describe the symptoms as a pins and needles type feeling. Thanks again!

this is a zero risk episode for your genitals Even if you had unprotected sex with her the odds would be 1 in 2000.

Thank you for your reply.  A couple additional questions please.  So do the tingling/itching symptoms the last couple weeks not sound like herpes symptoms?  Also I just got the results back from getting screened for STDs.  The doctor ran a IGM blood test w/rflx titer.  The test was taken on day 23 after the questionable sex.  It came back negative for HSV1 and negative for HSV2.  I understand this is not the best test available.  I understand it is very sensitive and gets false positives sometimes?  Should I also get an IGG blood test done, or does this seem unnecessary at this time?  Thank you so much for your time!

Tingling and itching for males that is general in nature is almost certainly not herpes. The so termed 'tingling' feel is usually concentrated at the point where the skin lesions appear.

The test is quite meaningless. You do not need testing for this exposure, there is no practical means of infection possible.
