I have a sore in my mouth, could be herpes, PLEASE HELP ME.

Okay so I kissed a guy, who I just found out had herpes, but he didn't have any sores visible or anything. That was three days ago. I just noticed I have a sore in my mouth, but I didn't think anything of it because I have braces and I often get irritations and painful sores on the inside of my cheeks. I also bite my cheeks alot, habit. So, right now I'm really f-ing scared and I don't know what to think. I didn't kiss that guy alot, maybe like a minute, and he didn't have an outbreak, and I also always have sores in my mouth anyways from the braces, so I want to know what my chance is that it's already an outbreak or what.

Oral herpes, but my friend told me his last outbreak was around halloween, so I don't know like...ahhhh.

And also, I'm kind of having some what of a sore throat right now and I don't know if I'm just tripping myself out or what because I keep looking up symptoms and they vary and one said like...dehydration or a dry/sore throat? which I have now, or it could all be in my mind. I don't know, I'm freaking out. Everyones saying my chances I have it are low because I didn't makeout with him for that long, but I have no idea. :(

Sounds like a canker sore, not a herpes ob.

Did they fellow you kiss have oral herpes or genital herpes?
