Could I have been misdiagnosed ?

Ok so i did an IgG test and it came back equivocal so im waiting till october to retake it. Well I was diagnosed with a minor UTI the other day. I don't always have the urge to pee but sometimes (usually when im dehydrated) it burns a little to pee. I've had a UTI before so i know it's not an extreme one. My doc said they did find a little blood in my urine (even though i couldnt see it without a microscope) so she diagnosed me with a UTI. Do you think this can be a symptom for herpes instead and shes misdiagnosing me? I don't have any sores or outbreaks. this is about the only issue im experiencing and im a little nervous and stressed...
