pregnant with herpes-1

I don't want to post because of my English but I have to. I hope I can explain my self. I am 33 years old and I am 6 weeks pregnant. My herpes test result is Herpes-1 igg 5.54 and Herpes-2igg negative. When I was child I had always cold sores on my lips almost every month. Last ten years I have every two year a small cold sore on my lips. I have never had genital cold sores or may be I can't remember. Now I am so worried about vaginal delivery.I know herpes 1 can be genital. My question is If my herpes-1 is genital and my dr can't understand? Because some ppl say sometimes there is no active lesion. I am going to do test every month maybe because I am very anixous person. Do you think to find active herpes which one is good igg test or igm test? Thank you for answering. Sorry for my poor English.

you know your hsv1 is oral due to your history of cold sores. This isn't an issue for you during pregnancy :)

has your partner been tested for herpes?
