tested negative after 18 weeks

Tested neg for hsv1 and hsv 2 but i keep having sores in my mouth off and on and patches on my lips that get really irritated

Hi im broke ive spent alot of money on doctors and urologist and dermatologist in the past year and a half and i just need some help.  I think its possible i may have genital and oral hpv or possibly not but i havent had any luck pinpointing my issues yet.  I know you're not soctors but if you dont mind please check out the pictures in my profile.

I have some small white dots on my lip and also have more small white/yellow dots on my inner upper lip.  Sore throat, swollen glands, red, white discolored tbroat and tongue.  I've been have tingling in my face off and on for a few months some days i cant feel it hardly ever and others it makes my eyes shake and head hurt.

Please any input would be great. I have chewed tobacco for the past 15 years and i quit at the start of November in hopes of gettinv better and also to save myself money for a doctors appointment.

What about hpv? If you happen to know, I have found conflicting information. Some sites and sources say that hpv does itch or tingle. And other sources say that only the medications will cause tingling.

Fordyce spots are a possibility, but herpes is not. Herpes does not cause general tingling.

Thank you for the reply. The sores or dots or whatever they are on my lips... Look like fordyce spots but with the tingling in my lips and face its driving me nuts and making me so anxious

This all looks pretty 'normal' to me; there is absolutely no suggestion of herpes here, just naturally occuring issues.
