I'm so confused and scared.

A little over two months ago, I had protected sex and unprotected oral sex. Up to two weeks later, I began having extreme itchiness and tenderness in my vagina area. I also had a bump on my labia majora, but my doctor told me it was only a cyst and that I shouldn't be worried.

It hurt me to walk, and it was extremely hard to sleep. I went to the sexual health clinic and was diagnosed with a UTI. I took the medication but the symptoms reappeared shortly after. I called the sexual health clinic last week, and they told me that the results for the UTI test came back negative.

Right now, I sometimes have itchiness in my vagina but mostly it is around my anus and sometimes my thighs. I have several bumps around my butt crack (For lack of better words.), but these are only itchy if I itch them first. I had these same symptoms about two weeks ago but it all cleared up. Now it's back. Right now I have a sore throat, which I hear is a symptom of herpes. It hurts to urinate and to make bowel movements, they burn. I am extremely constipated, also.

I'm really terrified. Do I have herpes?
