herpes question
I have 3 questions about herpes..
1.When you have Genital Herpes do you normally have lesions or sores somewhere on your penis majority of the time?
2.If you have a painful blister type bump in between your sack and thigh with no puss or fluid coming out could it still be a Genital herpes?
3.Is having joint pain a sympton of Herpes because my joint in between hip have been bothering me alot lately can barely walk on it sometimes.
I had 3 or 4 painless type bumps/lesions thats not red on the side of my sack felt more like knots that was there also.That did not hurt at all.
I have already been tested for herpes results come back in this friday my doctor told me that it was hard to determine if it was herpes or not.
Can some one please give me some insight on this. Thank you.........

Ok somedays it hurts and somedays it dont like today its not bothering me at all its mainly like when I do some type of physical activity or alot of walking.
I'd return to your provider today or tomorrow if you are having that much hip pain. obviously something is going on regardless of if you hav eherpes or not.

I didnt have the hip pain at the time I was seen at the doctor.I also did the blood test for herpes not the culture there wasnt anything for her to do a culture from.I should have my results from the blood test on Friday.

- no you do not

- having pain when talking isn't a sign of herpes.
Did your doctor do anything other than a lesion culture when you were seen? Did you have the hip pain when you were seen?

What about swollen lymp nodes are they usually swollen when your infected?Also I havent had any sores or lesions on my penis at all do herpes usually appear on your penis if you have been infected?

Herpes blisters are very tingly and itchy and if broken are very very painful to touch. I am led to believe that it is when the blisters burst that the outbreak spreads across your genital area - as the blister fluid is what is highly contagious. Your lesions dont sound like herpes blisters to me. However I do get discomfort in my pelvic glands when an outbreak occurs. I really wouldnt know what else to tell you samioso, good luck with the results!!
