In need of help.

I got into a sexual encounter with a boy nearly three months ago. Though we did not have sex, there was hand to genital contact. I have never had anything go wrong and have not felt different for these three months. Until recent I noticed that I've been having flaky, dry skin in my pubic hair area above my penis and kind of on my scrotum. There is just a mild redness above my penis underneath the pubic hair. I only use hot water and soap to shave but have shaved for at least a month. Is this hair growing back in an odd manor? Or should I be worried about herpes or warts? There is no lesions, sores, discharge, pain in urination..etc.etc. I just flat redness. It isn't even that red.

Hand/genital contact (mutual masturbation) is not a risk for STDs. This could be a dermatitis, eczema or yeast, or even a bacterial infection if it's where you shave. Be seen by your medical provider/dermatologist for a proper exam if concerned.
