Is it herpes?

So about two weeks ago my throat was hurting, I felt weak, I had bumps in my mouth and my head was hurting. I went to the doctor and he gave me some pills and told me I had a throat infection. I didn't tell him about the bumps because I was embarrassed. He just felt my throat and looked at it, I think he was looking for strep. The pills he gave me were a 5 day process I think, I had to take two the first day and one daily for four days. I almost instantly felt better after taking the first two pills. I was okay until Sunday , I felt so sick , my throat hurt, my head hurt, I couldn't stop sneezing and coughing. My body is very sore  and I now have two bumps on my tounge. I also have some on the inside of my bottom lip but they are tiny. I shared a drink with a girl on Saturday, and she felt exactly the same way on Sunday. Im afraid I gave her something. I'm so scared. PLEASE help .

I was feeling sick before this I was just wondering if I gave her something because she was feeling the same thing the next day but she didn't have bumps in her mouth.

oral herpes is almost exclusively transmitted in adults through romantic type kisses, not from sharing drinks. Many other infections are very easily transmitted through being within 3 feet of a person and sharing drinks.

odds are this isn't oral herpes going on. if you are concerned, return to your provider to be seen again.
