Just a small question, does hsv type 1 cause sore throat, Bilateral axillary lymph nodes? Have been suffering from sore throats and Bilateral axillary lymph nodes since last one week. The igg result is showing equivocal.

Hi the sore throat would not be hsv1 concern due to the area as sores would most likely be on the lips. the swollen node could be from a recent infection but without flu like symptoms and a lip sore developing shortly after i would rule herpes out.
