Thanks Johnnie, I would see my doctor soon. Just FYI - Initially when my doctor (urologist) saw my penis with white powdery substance and white spots on it, then he told that it can be herpes as well but still he prescribed antibiotics only. Nevertheless, whatever it is, has to be dealt with, no alternatives. One has to face the consequences of his/her misdeeds..lol. May god bless all!
Follow up with your doctor. That is all I can say now.
Good luck
Just to add that i feel mild tingling on the penis head 8 to 9 times in a day and each one lasts not more than 1 second each. The spots are not just spots but are very tiny bumps which are pinkish red in colour but they dont itch at all.
Only very little people actually get fever and muscle aches. This is not always present. If it is present, it is only so when accompagnied by actual blisters, according to Dr. Handsfield. Your doctor did not think it would be herpes, because otherwise he would not have prescribed you antibiotics. These are indeed useless for herpes. Some antibiotics give a rash as a side effect. But I do recommend you to once again visit your doctor to see what is going on.
By the way, syphilis can be transmitted orally, but extremely rarely. Plus syphilisis very rare in general in the developed world and with heterosexuals. And I am not entirely sure, but I guess your dosage of anibiotics would have cured a very early stage of syphilis.nso I would not worry about this. Have a follow-up with your doctor, but I do not think you have herpes.
Hey Johnnie,
Thanks for your kind reply.
I understand that if it would have been gonorreha or chalmydia, it would have been cleared off after 15 days of azithromucin dosage. Syphilis does not happen through unprotected oral sex. Therefore, only herpes is left which can be zeroed in to as a diagnosis. Although I have not encountered any other symptoms like fever, pain or lymph nodes, still what can it be if not herpes ? Certainly it is some kind of virus which azithromycin could not cure as it kills only bacterii and not viruses. Kindly advise
Regards,
Ankur
Oral sex is a very inefficient way of transmitting herpes. Also herpes appears as blisters rather than pinkish spots. Probably not herpes, but follow up with your doctor to see what the cause is. If it were herpes, and if you would have gotten it from the oral exposure, chances are it is HSV-1 and not 2. This type of herpes gives milder symptoms and fewer outbreaks. Furthermore, if you ever had coldsores, it cannot be HSV-1 since your body would have antibodies against this virus.
