Not sure what to think

The first week in May, I had sex with my boyfriend for the first time (it was protected). At the beginning of June I had a very abnormal period, and then I got a really big bump on the outside of my vagina. The bump didn't itch, but it was extremely painful because it was close to the inside of my thigh. I assumed it was a boil from shaving because I've gotten them years before. I but some Campho-Phenique on it and it burst, but because of where it was located it was very difficult for me to cover it, so I let the sore be open to heal. At that point, I started itching in my vaginal area and getting little tiny bumps every time I got hot or sweaty down there. I got online like I often do, and started to panic after looking at pics of Herpes online, although, these tiny red bumps would come and leave within hours (depending on if I was sweating).

I went to my dermatologist because originally I thought it was a boil. I told him all of my symptoms; he looked at the area, and said it was healing fine and that the unhealthy bacteria had probably gotten in the area, and that I was having heat rashes in that area. He gave me some antibacterial soap to use and Mupirocin 2%. The Mupirocin would help, but whenever I get hot and it not on the area, it becomes irritated. It also started to make the area started feeling dry and kind of itchy.

The next week I went to my gynecologist, and told her that I had been itching, they ran test and I had bacterial vaginosis. She put me on Tindamax for 5 days. The discharge stopped, but I was still having itching. Again, these red bumps come when I'm hot during the day and go away, so when I told her, she didn't see anything.

Then a few days after I got of Tindamax, I violently threw up and the doctor at CareNow said I had an internal bacterial infection and gave me Ciprofloxacn for a week. The week after that, I broke out in itchy hives all over my legs (they would come after a shower and go away). I went to my general doctor, and he said I was having an allergic reaction and prescribed me allergy medicine (I had told him all of my previous symptoms as well).
Now, close to the end of July, I don't think the area where the original bump was has healed completely, and still have irritation when I'm hot and it itches.

My question is, can it be herpes after all this time, and the fact that these bumps come and go away during the same day, and it the area where the bump was only bothers me when I'm hot and sweating. I don't know what else to do; I've been to 4 doctors and nothing. Could this be bacteria or fungus causing all of these problems? What other kind of doctor can I go to, or what do I need to say to one of the doctors that I've already been to? I'm tired of being uncomfortable.

I'm desperately in need of help

Thank Petal 130. I made another appoinment with my dermatologist for Thursday. I guess the thing that's bothering me the most is the fact that where the boil was stings when sweat hit it or it gets hot, but there's no bumps or anything still in the area. Is that a still a symptom of herpes? It's been almost two months of feeling uncomfortable.

This doesn't at all sound herpes related, as herpes does not flare and subside day after day for weeks. Neither doctor felt it was herpes, either. Follow-up with your dermtologist if it's still bothering you.
