Odd genital HSV 1 symptoms. Help?

I found out I had HSV 1 about 3 years ago during routine pregnancy STD checks and it has been known to pop up on several different parts of my body, Ive had it on my downstairs about 3 times and I have come to know it well enough to know when its there.

Well, a few days ago I noticed some small bumps but passed it off as irritation from shaving. Now I'm swollen like a mofo down there. Right in around the opening it's a bit red but very very swollen, and a tad itchy.
Upon inspection I noticed what might be a few little blisters on the inside (although its hard to tell)

I've never had them on the inside and I've never had swelling like this before, I mean I always get a bit but the sores are usually outside the vag and therefore its not very noticable..
Im concerned because I dont have a gyno and I dont know how to get it checked out, and if its something else I need to know obviously.

Is swelling of the lips common when the sores are on the inside?
I suppose I could wait it out and see if the possible blisters turn into obvious sores but I'd rather not freak myself out and run around trying to find a gyno who will see me on a weekend. Haha.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

you are pregnant. You need to follow up with the doctor who is handling your pregnancy with this.

Lesion culture, yes. Its also popped up on my mouth and right inside my nose (which hasnt been cultured but visually diagnosed by a doctor friend of mine)

It's about a week later and the little bumps havent developed or 'burst' so I have no idea what the hell is going on but its safe to say it's not the HSV. The swelling is gone except for a small area right inside to the left. It seems like normal irritation, I originally thought it was a yeast infection and Im rethinking this, but I dont have a gyno like I said, this was done by the doctor who was handling my pregnancy and I have no idea who to see about this now. I dont even have a family doctor.

Im thinking the bumps are due to irritation since they havent changed (although they've gone away a bit) and as for the swelling and itching I dont know... I would be 100 percent convinced of a yeast infection but I havent had any real change in discharge except that its a bit heavier.

you need to return to your provider and get this looked at. If it is hsv1 genitally, it's more than just a recurrence - sounds like you also have something else going on.

You've had hsv1 show up on various body parts?  How are they diagnosing this?

Was your HSV1 diagnosed with a lesion culture from your genital area?
