Oral Herpes Doubt

I had a receptive and an insertive oral sex with someone...That was 2 weeks back... and lasted less than 3 mins. Recently I read about the Oral herpes and saw some pics on the internet and confused..Recently for 3 days i have a boil kind of thing inside my lower lip and i bit it and its still there. Thats the only boil in the mouth and there are no such things around my mouth or lips outwards..Please anyone clarify about that could be Herpes or anything do u think could be an initial stage of such STD. Please help...

There are no real set rules for where an initial outbreak will occur. Cold sores are somewhat different to boils though.

Why are you worried? If you have HSV, which I doubt as a result of this encounter, then your body will cope with it just fine, more people have it than do not.

No I didnt have anything like that.... I had similar boil in my lower lip long back and those were due to heat...Now after this oral sex encounter i fear that this single boil on my lower lip that too on the inner side not outwards....to be more specific...  Does oral herpes appear internally initially in mouth or externally?? Am worried...

Oral sex is a low risk activity for transfer of STDs, but there are still possibilities.

What you describe doesn't particularly suggest oral herpes. Things come and go in the mouth at a reasonable frequency and you are probably just anxious about the encounter.

Are you sure you do not already have HSV1 from your youth?
