well I recently went to the doctor, Albiet hes not that great just a friend of the family and he gave me some cream and oral medication. He didnt have blood work but said it was most likely herpes but there was no blood work. So i guess thats y im a little worried. It is just a cut i have no sores or any of the following symptoms, therefor I am going to a specialist within the next week so hopefully I can get some further answers. Thank you to all:)
herpes isn't going to cause non-stop symptoms for months like this. You need to follow up on it with your provider for a proper work up.

Right. Liken your situation to a mosquito bite; keep itching it, it won't go away. Hold off on any sexual activity for a week or two, and monitor the healing process for your cut
ok thanks. Oh and yea i have mastubated so im guessing from pulling the skin so far back that might be something to look at. Thanks again
Chances? Without seeing it I can't tell. But if it really is just a simple cut, than little to no chance it's herpes. Herpes rarely, if ever presents as a simple cut. Again, if you're concerned, see a doctor. You might want to see a doctor especially if the cut has been with you for so many months.
I havent had sex in a month because of the cut, trying to let it heal and what not. It only burns when I have sex. I had this problem about a year ago but it went away and came back. The cut is not blisters its just a medium sized cut. What do you think the chances of this being herpes is?
Thanks for your reply.
Have you had sex and/or masturbated recently? If so, your cut is from there. Have you experienced any prodome recently? Tingling, burning sensation on the area where the cut has appeared? Do you have a burning sensation during urination?
Have you been having sex and/or masturbating in the past few months? It's possible you have been re-irritating the spot. And genital herpes does not present with symptoms for longer than 2 weeks at a time. I'd say what you are experiencing is not genital herpes.
If you are worried, you should see your doctor.
