PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS IM FREAKING OUT

I GOT SOME BLOOD WORK DONE AND A PAP THE PAP WAS NORMAL
I JUST TESTED POSITIVE FOR HERPES VIRUES WITH MY BLOOD WORK BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY KIND OF OUT BREAK WHAT THE HICK DOES THIS MEAN? I THINK I HAVE  HAD A COUPLE OF FEVER BLISTER BUT ITS BEEN YEARS IM SO SO SO SCARED WHAT IT WRONG WITH ME . PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO IM STARTINT TO EVEN GET DEPRESSED AM I OVER REACTING
