PLEASE HELP, need advice

Vaginal itching around anus and vagina has been consistent for a few weeks now. Rash appeared on inner thigh but cleared up in 2 days with hydrocortizone cream about 3 weeks ago, then a similar rash came back in the same spot last week but cleared up again just like the first time with the cream. No bumps or sores on outside of vagina, just itchiness. When you stretch the skin above my clitoris you can see little bumps that look like chicken skin. My results came back normal for yeast infection and BV. Does this sound like herpes? Can you have an outbreak and the sores never open up? Can you stay itchy for this long? Would a herpes rash completely clear up with hydrocortizone cream???

Do you have any guesses on what the itching could be caused from because it hasn't gone away. ??

I'm just freaking myself out so much because I was informed it wasn't a yeast infection or BV which is what I thought it was and what would have made a lot more sense so now I'm really scared. I haven't had any open sores yet or Any vaginal bumps but it's still just itchy. My boyfriend hasn't experienced any symptoms at all. Does this sound like herpes to you?

Hi, only testing would confirm your herpes status but does it appear that your having a herpes outbreak? No it does not. It would no clear up using that cream.
