Persistent back and neck pain

I recieved oral sex from a sex worker with a condom on (3/4 covered penis) 30 days back. On the 10th day towards the evening, I had itching all over my body constantly and mild sensation which i don't know how to describe in my scrotum. However I went to a dermatologist and he said it didn't look like from an infection and it could be dermatitis. The past 10 days I have been having persistent back and neck pain and I cannot sit more than 30 mins. It's not unbearable but is uncomfortable.  Together with that I have developed a swelling the top part of the butt crack/cleavage. I also have stinging in my public region 1-3 time a day. I haven't had enough sleep the past 10 days as I was travelling. Also, the past 30 days have been very anxious and stressed about potentially contracting herpes that I've gone 3 individual days without sleeping. I also feel that my genitals are not normal as before. I don't know why.

Can prodrome symptoms(back and neck pain) last for 10 days?

Is the starting of the butt cleavage a lymph node?

Is swelling of the butt cleavage a Hsv symptom?

Is a test after 4 weeks conclusive?
I am also taking isotretinoin for my scrotal rash which I read in the Internet could have a side effect of stinging / tingling.
I had a visas duo ultra test done on the 30th day turning non reactive for both anti gen and anti body for hiv as I suspected the rash on the scrotum could be due to hiv.

not at all and any symptoms would be on your penis from a first time outbreak not any other area
