Please help, so scared - HSV-2

I had protected sex last night and awoke today to find red splotches on my vagina.  They are not blisters, just 3 red rash looking spots.  They are not raised.  This is in a completely different location from my initial outbreak.  Also, I found what looks to be a pimple on my lip, very tiny, but what the heck?  I tested negative for HSV-1.  Is this HSV-2 on my lip?  I haven't had an outbreak since my initial exposure almost 4 months ago.  Could this be irritation from kissing?

Please tell me why these red spots could be appearing?  Is it some sort of vaginal bruising or I am breaking out again?  I am so nervous and scared.

There is nothing else we can do here for you. You need to have face to face follow up with a provider to find out what is going on.

oops, I posted under wrong name.  I am registered under 2 names.  Sorry for the confusion.  Update - okay, there looks to be a vaginal tear and then there is red mark that is not blister/ulcer and another very small red mark.  I had sex for the 1st time since diagnosis and took 2 valtrex 1G that day (have been taking it daily) and used protection.  What are the chances that I am now having my second outbreak after this?  What are the risks to my partner?  I will get checked tomorrow, but I am under so extremely stressed out and worried that I have given this to him after I thought we took the necessary precautions.

Sorry, I am freaking out and cannot wait to get to the doctor on Monday.  Does HSV-2 present itself as a red mark/rash that is not raised.  I thought this could be reaction from the latex or some sort of bruising from rough sex.  These red marks are in no way blister-like or ulcers.  Just wanted to see if HSV-2 presents itself this way.  Thank you for any advice.

Until you get a chance to see your provider - assume it could be a hsv2 genital recurrence.  The symptoms on your lip could be anything.  Since you aren't sure just what is going on - following up with your provider monday is the best course of action.

Just to clarify, by lip I mean on my face.  I have a very tiny pimple on the actual lip part, but now worried that I have oral HSV-2.  I know this is rare.
