Please help, yeast infection or herpes?...
I have recently discovered genital sores after being treated for a bad uti at the hospital, went back to the hospital after discovering the sores and was told it looks like Herpes. I haven't had a fever or flu like symptoms, it started out feeling like a UTI and my mother had said it may be a yeast infection because the symptoms can be the same. That it could be from different condoms and too much friction without lubrication, which has happened with my recent sexual partner. Is she just trying to make me feel better? I have pictures I would like you to analyze please.
my symptoms include
. genital sores
. redness around the infected area
. itching, burning, irritation
. painful urination
. tiny white clumps in my urine
. some discharge, mostly dry and sore

with the itching and white clumps in your urine, not sure those symptoms are herpes. i think maybe u should see gyno and check a few options such as yeast infections etc
