Possible Exposure, symptoms under 24 hours?

On September 26, 2016 I had multiple sessions of protected sex.  I also had unprotected oral sex and brief vaginal sex (less than a min) with a  woman of unknown status.

The next morning, no more than 12 hours later, I felt the bottom of my tongue swollen.  I think its called the Warton Gland.  No puss, but visibly swollen, slightly red and tender.  I read in another forum that it could be a reaction to chemical change of sorts after cunnalings.

I also have a small red spot on my penis shaft that is sore and irritated.  I've thoroughly inspected it.  It feels and looks like its rubbed raw, maybe because of the condoms used before.  No blister, pustules, burning or fluid present but it is irritated a bit raw.

The specific question is can STD/STI symptoms present themselves in under 24 hours? Which ones and what are the symptoms?

Thanks in advance.

Definitely not an hsv lesion. The penis skin is very thin and susceptible to trauma. What you still discribe is just that

It is to soon to be std related. The spot on the penis is most likely trauma from a lot of sex. Very common.

Thanks for the response. The spot is still red and shiny a bit but no pain and as best as I can see there is no breakage on the skin.

Was truly concerned if any symptoms could appear so soon.
