Possible Herpes??

Hi experts.

I just wanted to get some advice before my urologist appointment in 4 weeks time.

Back in July i had a body to body massage with a female sensual massuese. There was a fair amount of her grinding on my penis. I gave her a massage too so my penis touched her bum when i was sat on her. There was alot of kissing too. No insertion took place and i ejaculated on her body.

A week later i started to get pain in the testicles, not severe enough to go hospital, but enough to get me to a walk in centre 2 days after the pain started. Doc had a feel around and said maybe epididimitis as it was tender at bottom of my scrotum when touched. He prescribed me cipro but i didnt take it as i wanted to see what my GP made of it. Made an appointment and GP said they couldnt see anything wrong but take the cipro to see if it helps and also did a urine test. Results came back fine. After cipro did nothing for me i went back to docs as i was getting itchy at tip of penis and saw a tiny little white doc like thing come out my penis hole which was irritating. This was like 3 weeks after exposure. Doc said to go to GUM clinic. A week later i went to GUM clinic and she took a swab from inside my urethra and some blood and urine tests. She called me in half hour later and said there seems to be something there (didnt say what) and gave me 2 weeks of Doxycylne. Took them but didnt help much. My testicle pain was on and off mildly. Itching had near enough stopped and no white things coming out of my penis. Called the GUM clinic 2 weeks later for my results and said everything was clear (surprised as the doc when i was there did say there seemed to be something).
So i went back to my GP who said next step was an ultrasound. I went for that and everything came back normal. I am now waiting for my urologist appointment.
In the last few weeks i have seen changes in my penis. I keep inspecting it and i think i see tiny tiny bumps but then i look again and cant see anything. There seems to be slight discoloration. It definately doesnt seem the same as before. The last couple of weeks i have been getting itchy down there and pinches around my genital scrotum legs and also tingling which can be constant.
It points to herpes to me after reading about it.

Sorry about the essay. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Its now been 6 months since my exposure and i still get odd testicle pain, odd penis pain, odd itching and pinch like pain in my boxer short area.

Thought i would provide an update. Finally went to my urology appointment. He inspected my balls and put his finger up my bum to check for inflamed prostate. Said it seemed fine. He couldnt give me any cause as he said my symptoms are very vague. I did a urine and semen sample and this has come out clear. My testicle pain is mild and on and off and that isnt the main concern anymore. Its more my penis now. It definatly has changed over the months. Its still itchy on and off. Sore and wrinkly and bumpy on the head. I get black dots next to penis opening every now and again which irritate i think they come out of the penis. Penis shaft is definately wrinkly and penis head is red raw and bumpy. Still think this is a herpes infection or maybe warts. Any thoughts?

Happy new year to you too mate. I will of course update you and everyone. Biggest bugbear is when people dont say what thier results were and only complain when they have symptoms not resolutions

No it really doesn't. Not without actual symptoms like lesions. These symptoms on there own is not likely to hsv. People always fo to the itching or tingling sensations. The problem is they have no clue how the virys works and thus no way understand the context of tbe symptoms list they have obviously read. Itching is either lesuons forming or lesions healing. Not random itching.

Thanks for explaining. Just one more question. Does the itching tingling have to be where the lesion appears? I do have a strange kind of spot on the back of my thigh but iv not haf tingling itching at that spot

Honestly, I would bet thw farm against you having any std. Std's don't act this way. Especially herpes. Past that I can't say with any accuracy what it could be

Thank you for the reply. I just find it hard to believe my problems all started after this encounter.
Doesnt herpes cause itching and pinching around the genital area and upper legs?
