Possible STD?!?

I had unprotected sex three weeks ago from today with a girl I don't know.  Since that very next morning I had felt discomfort at the opening of my penis, first day it was an itching at the opening, and since then it has been a slight sting/burn.  I have been to the doctor twice and have been tested for Chlamydia and Gonnoreah and both came back negative. I have also had no signs of discharge or sores.  First time I saw the doctor I was given zythromax and nothing changed. 7 days later I was given doxxyciline and I have been taking it for 5 days now.  I have no signs or sores or abnormal markings around my genitals anywhere.  Anybody have any ideas of what this could be?

usually this is just irritation going on.  sometimes it's a fungal infection causing the symptoms.

I have had pretty much the same symptoms since the first day. Mainly just burning in the tip of my penis and it looks irritated.  Nothing around or on my penis.  It doesn't hurt when I urinate but just burns/stings inside constantly. It also seems sticky inside but I have no discharge.

Im very concerned and I was wondering if there is curable stds that those two antibiotics can not cure.  Im just worried what I have could be permanent.

no std causes symptoms the next day.

it's unfortunate your provider just  keeps throwing antibiotics at you hoping something works :(  You very well might have a fungal infection at this point adding to your original symptoms.

continue to follow up with your provider as needed as symptoms continue.

I have now completed doxcylinne and I am still feeling uncomfortable.  Today I felt better so I masturbated since then my skin around my head has gotten red but seemed to go away a little after.  I also have noticed what appears to be white/purplish blotches or bumps inside of of my urethra with what looks like blood colored specks that come and go.  Im worried its Herpes in my urethra but I heard its extremely painful and mine is just some what of a stinging feeling that I can handle.  Its now been 26 days since my unprotected sex.

Can someone let me know what they think so I can ease my mind?!?!
