Random bump appeared on upper lip?

I am most definitely a hypochondriac. I recently had a bump appear on my upper lip and of course my immediate thought is that I have herpes because I always think of the worst case scenario. What does this look like to you? A zit? Let me know your thoughts. I have attached a photo for reference. Thanks!

To early to be sure. Keep an eye on it. Hsv lesions are on the skin (superficial) pimples are harder and under and are under the skin as well.
