Two Red Bumps.

Hi, i'm 19 years old and i'm in a state of confusion. About three days after having unprotected sex with my girlfriend I had a bump appear on the right side of my penile shaft , at first I thought it was a pimple so I tried to pop it and I took some skin with it, it turned into a kind of ulcer looking legion then it has started to heal with a scab so I thought it was nothing but then I have another bump showing up on the left side of my penile shaft and it appears to be the same as the one before but it has no discoloration and just looks like the surface of my skin is raised a little bit and this bump is no bigger then the tip of a ball point pen. I'm not sure weather it mite be herpes or syphilis, I've done alot of research and looked at many pictures and it doesnt have the characteristic blistering like herepes or the canker sore look of syphilis and i'm deadlocked and not sure, anyone have an idea?

You need to go and be seen.

Also you and your gf both should seek out type specific herpes igg blood testing to see if herpes is in your relationship too.
