Hey doctor,
I am a straight male.
A little under 5 months ago I had oral sex twice and sex roughly 5 times. Then about a month ago I had sexual intercourse with another female where I received oral for no more than 5-10 seconds and then we had sex. The sex was much longer than I have had before lasting somewhere between an hour and an hour and a half. I should mention that there was a lack of foreplay as well so she probably was not prepared. After a while during the intercourse, I remember feeling a tingling or burning beeling at the base of my penis (which i think is a result of her not being ready and rushing it). This ended roughly 1:15 in the morning. Then a day went by. I woke up that next day, l approximately 34 hours after the intercourse (around 11:30am) and noticed that I had these red marks that looked similar to pimples. After a day or two, they turned in to these open wounds that im calling sores (roughly 5-7). There were/are no puss but they were bothersome. Smaller ones would come and go, but it has been a month and I still am getting a small one here and there. The main discomfort for the most part is almmost gone besides thhe skin color not being fully the same yet. They were not blisters though.
I started doing my research and saw that it looked more similar to the syphilis sores so I went to a clinic, got checked for syphilis, chlymidia, and gonorrhea. The doctor just did the other two as precationary measures. I told him that i have been getting canker oral sores since I was a young child so we didn't do the herpes test because they didn't have the test that distinguished the difference between 1 and 2. The tests came back negative so the only STD left that I would assume that it would be is one of the herpes. Could it be sex irritation, allergies, or bacterial. Or Herpes? What does it all sound like?
I should mention that both females said that they were clean even though I know it can go unnoticed. Also during the sex, a latex condom was used every time.
I hope I was informative enough.
Thanks in advance for the help.
