Risk of spread from spit?

I currently have an open sore on the roof of my mouth. And while showering i was trying to rub off some lint on my penis. Without thinking i licked my thumb and rubbed it. Almost immediately i regretted what i did. I know my body already has anti bodies and saliva isn't real efficient way of transfer in general but i don't know if me currently experiencing an OB increases my risk of spreading hsv1 to my genitals

All those things - saliva and antibodies - will protect you. Autoinoculation happens in new infections before antibodies are established.

I wouldn't worry about this at all. :)

Thank you. If on the rare instance i were to spread to my genitals would that result in OB or could it lie dormant there? Just wondering if i should be on the lookout as CDC says it's possible to spread to other parts of the body through saliva, especially the eyes
The CDC mentions that because if you have a cold sore, and saliva passes over that sore, and then you get saliva on your fingers and touch your eyes, and have no antibodies, theoretically, it's possible.

The CDC has to list every theoretical possibility so that people will be aware of everything, and they can basically cover their butts. The chances of that ever happening are very low.

The odds of you autoinoculating after having antibodies are so, so low. If you got hsv1 genitally, it's hard to say how it would act. If you got an outbreak, though, you wouldn't be needing to lookout for it - you'd notice it.
