STD possibility?

So about three weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a former girlfriend. Yesterday I saw two small red bumps slightly raised on the shaft of my penis they are not itchy or painful. I immediately went to an urgent care and the doctor did not think it was herpes looking at it but did a culture anyway. this morning I woke up and had some itchy bug bite looking bumps on my feet and a line of small red bumps on my hand almost like poison ivy. I was hunting this weekend and messing around in the grass thinking maybe i got poison. Also thought maybe I could have some bugs in my room that are biting me at night. Long story short I am nervous the bumps on my penis and hand could be a herpes outbreak. Just looking for some input while I wait for the results of hte culture. Would herpes be more of blisters and painful?

Any help appreciated

Great thank you for the insight! With the bumps on my hand and feet does it seem like this would be related? if it was herpes would there be an outbreak on my hands too? It seems to coincidental like it would be bug  bites or ivy causing this sudden outbreak not herpes. Let me know if you agree

Hi, more often than not, herpes would be blister type and somewhat painful. If the bumps dont open and release clear liquid, you can rule herpes out. On a side note, swabs are only good for showing a positive as often miss the virus so a blood test would be recommended to confirm if you have herpes.
